CHESTERFIELD, MO (KTVI) – A former Chesterfield police officer is facing additional charges from videotaping people in a Chesterfield convenience store. David Cerna is now facing a single charge of sexual exploitation of a minor.

Fox Files investigator Chris Hayes broke the case in June after tracing videos found on the internet to a bathroom at a “Mobil on the Run” convenience store on Clarkson Road.
