(KTVI)- A Grand Jury will meet on Wednesday to consider if charges will be filed against Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson. Protesters are expected to surround the Justice Center for the second day in a row.

They’re demanding that Wilson be charged in the shooting death of Michael Brown. The unarmed black teenager was shot to death by Wilson, who is white, on August 9th. Protesters also want a special prosecutor to handle the case instead of St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Bob McCulloch, citing controversial past decisions by McCulloch. Two people were arrested during Tuesday’s protest, but there was no violence like we’ve seen in Ferguson. Governor Jay Nixon says he won’t make McCullough step aside in the case, but he added that McCullough could decide to step aside himself. While Ferguson remains the center of the outrage, some protesters say the protests need to shift to Clayton.

The protest starts at 9 a.m. The prosecuting attorney’s office says it could take several weeks for the grand jury to make a decision on the case.

McCullough’s office says he has no plans to step aside and that this will be a fair process.
