LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – The Kaiser Family Foundation produced this video to help Americans prepare for the implementation of the Affordable Care Act in 2014.  The new law commonly referred to as “ObamaCare” affects many people in different ways.  But, it will change the way Americans will get health coverage and what it will cost starting in 2014.
